Chris is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an M.A. in Counseling from Southwestern College and a B.A. in Literature from Pomona College. Chris has extensive experience in exploring the intricacies of mind and heart through his personal and professional journey in Buddhism, which has spanned more than two decades. A firm believer in cultivating well-beingthrough deepening insight and building resiliency from the inside out, Chris is an individual of genuine warmth. He is fiercely dedicated to the inner revolutions for happiness possible within reach for each of us. Chris relies on trauma-informed psychodynamic, person-centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based practices, while tuning his approach tobest match with any individual client’s proclivities and challenges. Chris has experience working with the dying and the bereaved and holds a certificate in Ecotherapy.
