Bri is a student art therapist pursuing an M.A. in Counseling and Art Therapy at Southwestern College and New Earth Institute. She is completing her field training at the Tierra Nueva Counseling Center. Bri is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and uses she/they pronouns.
With extensive experience working with children ages 0-14, Bri has supported neurodivergent and disabled individuals through person-centered and strengths-based approaches. She is passionate about helping those who have experienced anxiety and trauma, believing in everyone’s capacity to grow, heal, and change, regardless of their circumstances.
In her practice, Bri has utilized wilderness therapy, art therapy, person-centered approaches, mindfulness, breathwork, and informal CBT. She values creating a therapeutic space where clients can acquire essential resources and feel empowered in their lives.
